Shipping Rates and Services
In order to provide an even better service for our customers with order delivery, we have now moved our services to UPS for any and all orders placed on Merc.com. This change means that you will be receiving your orders within just a few days and in some cases, within 1-2 days after your package has shipped, plus you'll have the reliability UPS is known for (weather and holidays permitting of course) and a website through which you can track the status of your delivery from the time it leaves Merc's warehouse, throughout its transit en-route to you.*
Shipping Rates
- UK - Standard Service (1-2 working days) - £4.95
(for Scotland and Ireland and outer lying parts of the UK please allow for 1-2 additional days for delivery) - Europe- Standard Service (3-4 working days) - £8.95
- Rest of the World (1-3 working days) - £15.00
*The majority of orders require a signature upon delivery.
Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch; Merc is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
*Import Duty
For shipments to countries outside the EU, we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means that you, the customer, are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on your item(s). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot confirm how much the charges may be. Please note that you are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Goods may occasionally be subject to delays due to weather or customs.
Merc cannot be held responsible if local customs authorities charge any import duty or wish to confiscate any items. As the customer, you are responsible for paying the duty.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns Procedure
If you would like to return an item for a size exchange, item exchange or a refund, we recommend that you send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment, along with the return form that is enclosed with your package to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
